We'll make recommendations on any items to be purchased. We'll shop for those perfect items to help bring your home's decor up to date, helping you fall in love with your home all over again!

Holiday & Event Staging
Enjoy your special occasion instead of decorating for it! Our Holiday & Event Staging service is a great choice. We'll even shop for just the right items to create the ambience desired.
Do you want a refreshed look or are you selling your home but don't have the time or desire to 'stage' it yourself? Plan 4 Success Consulting can help! We will use your furniture and decor to maximize your home's look and value. Looking for something new? We can help with that too. Put us on the job to pick accessories or furniture to get the look you want.
Do you want help decorating for a special ocassion? We LOVE everything about making your Holiday or Event a beautiful reflection of you! We can use what you already own, or we'll do the shopping for you to create the theme you desire.
Organization
We love hoarders! We'll help you pare down where needed and organize your world. We may recommend storing certain items if you are selling your home.

Blueprint Staging $600
for homes under 2100 sq ft.
up to 2 hours; additional hours $80/hour
Not sure how to make your house look it's best and are on a budget? We can help! We'll do a complete inside and out walk-through with you, giving suggestions to best feature your home.
up to 4 hours plus up to 2 hours planning; additional hours $80/hour
Using your home furnishings, we'll create new and appealing vignettes to showcase your home.
Need a few more items? Don't fret. We'll find the right items to finish your room (add'l fee plus item cost)
*includes entry, kitchen, formal dining room, living or family room, master bath/bedroom and one guest bath/bedroom
Grand Plan Staging $1050
for homes over 2100 sq ft
Refresh Plan $500
up to 7 hours plus up to 2 hours planning; additional hours $80/hour
Designed for larger square footage homes or those needing extra care. This service is identical to the Blueprint Staging offering.

Not moving but want a fresh look? We'll conduct a 30 minute assessment to confirm your desired outcome.
Using your furnishings, we'll work with you to arrange your home to meet your needs.

Up to 3 hours; additional hours $80/hour plus merchandise cost; We shop, add'l $75/hour
If decorating for special occasions stress you out or isn't your forte, our Holiday/Event Staging is a great choice for you.
Starting with your items, we'll create the festive atmosphere you're looking for. Want something new? Don't worry, we'll shop for the perfect items for the finishing touch.
Up to 4 hours; additional hours $80/hour
We'll refine the work you've completed using the items you have already chosen. We will give organizational and showing advice.
